What We Do
19 Events offers a simple complimentary venue finding service for some of our clients and for others we provide total event management from concept through to delivery. This includes the provision of concepts and styling coupled with entertainment, catering and production.
What separates 19 Events from other event agencies is our knowledge and relationships with venues and suppliers across London and the U.K. This gives us the luxury of gaining access to venues prior to opening and the most competitive rates.
Together with our in-house team of creative event specialists and venue finding experts, we produce exceptional events for our clients every time.
19 Events has been branching out over the last couple of years and doing more niche work for our clients. We’ve added three new elements to the business which are explained below
In House events department
19 Events has taken on venues to act as their in-house events department. This is beneficial for the venue as they don’t have to employ a big team, and we have the resources and the knowledge to act on their behalf. We are able to market the venue, take enquiries and site visits and manage the event on the day!
Consultancy
We have branched out in to venue consultancy to give a venue the extra boost they may need to increase their sales. 19 Events has expansive knowledge of the events industry and is now able to perform company audits to identify gaps in a venues business model and suggest ways to improve.
Styling and Production
What started out as a boutique venue finding agency, has grown into a full blown events production company. Through our top of the range suppliers and expertise, we are able to take an event from concept through to delivery, designing moodboards, layouts, pulling together all suppliers and executing the event to the highest standards – no event brief is too big for us!
