Venue: The iconic and stunning Natural History Museum. The reception was held in Waterhouse Way opening into the impressive Hintze Hall with the 25.2 metre blue whale skeleton suspended from the ceiling.

Styling: We turned Hintze Hall into a monochromatic winter wonderland by styling a variety of 40 Christmas trees with snow and Narnia-esque lampposts dotted amongst them. Production included 4 mesmerising and enormous disco balls that filled the venue with their reflections, in addition to snowflake projections, winter logs and candles. Entertainment came from a band and DJ elevated on a stage on the steps.

Food & Drink: For catering we created a warming and cosy concoction of dishes to replicate a Nordic Christmas market. Mac ‘n’ cheese along with hotdogs and meatballs were the main attraction. For dessert a ‘Hygge’ station was set up which was filled with toffee apples, toasted marshmallows and boozy chocolate shots. The drinks were flowing all night with the guests able to choose from the all-night spirit bar or a variety of cocktails.

We were required to plan and manage over 60 exhibitors as well as the drinks reception for 800 guests! The event was made up of two elements, a World of Luxury Exhibitions, which took place on the impressive Biltmore Estate. The WOL event w`as an opportunity for all the different high end exhibitors to showcase their products, from exquisite jewellery to delectable spirits. The second part of the event took place in the evening, and it was a two hours drinks and canapés reception that took place at the Grove Park Inn. This was for all exhibitors and Rolls Royce members to attend.

Members were invited to bring their vintage and new Rolls Royce vehicles, to be entered into a competition where they were judged on condition and model. All together we squeezed 260 luxury cars into one filled, where 27 were crowned winners – it was a rare and fantastic event to witness and be a part of, the pictures don’t even do it justice!

The event was a huge success with great positive feedback from both vendors and Rolls Royce members received.

We knew straight away the venue we wanted to put forward for this; The Stafford London! The venue houses a 300 year old spooky wine cellar that was also used as a bunker during the war. There are 2 separate cellars which were used for the reception and private dinner.

During the reception we hired in professional makeup artists to assist the guests with making each other up into zombies – each guest was gifted with a branded miniature makeup set to use and takeaway where we sourced swing tags and pouches to go along with the theme.

The guests were then escorted into the main dining room, where a gothic and sinister table awaited them. The table was adorned with black flowers, severed fingers and black candles that melted red wax! We projected the best kill scenes from the series onto the wall of the cellar, and even boarded up a cellar door with blankets and boxes like in the series!

The food was spectacular, after brainstorming and meetings with the head chef, a zombie-themed menu was served. To start, a bloody Mary smoking soup or a beef tartar served on the bone, for mains a 55-hour braised beef fashioned into a grave yard scene, and for dessert a chocolate coffee coffin!

The event was a huge success and the feedback from our client was amazing. The dinner was a total conversation starter to hype up the next series – mission accomplished, now we call that DEADication

For the first part of the event we sourced the Barbican for the screening room for 250 guests and the talent to watch the movie and host a Q&A session. We then transported all of the guests in branded shuttle buses over to the Gherkin for the after party. The party took place on the top two floors of the Gherkin in the Searcys restaurant and we created a glamorous and futuristic vibe through production and planning. Photobooth, logo projections and barren flower displays turned the space from an iconic London venue, in to the red planet!

Every aspect of the event was bought together by 19 Events, from the vinyl additions in the barbican and the gherkin, to the heavily themed photo booth, flowers, telescopes and gorgeous cupcakes!

We have to say our highlight of the event was our lovely promo girls, who were decked out in NASA bomber jackets, hats and chino’s – they really tied the whole event together!

We hosted the event in The Mayfair Hotel which worked perfectly, starting the event in the screening room where guests were treated to a presentation of previous and up & coming concepts.

Moving on to the after-party, the venue was branded up to the max with a bespoke bar, cocktails and an array of entertainment. A Legion photobooth was set up, producing GIFs of the guests shattering glass. We also sourced VR Headsets and Xbox stations to create an immersive experience where guests could witness a shark encounter, a monkey encounter and an Antarctica snow storm!

Drinks were flowing, tiger contortionists were bending and the goody bags were over flowing – the event was a huge success and the client was happy, mission accomplished!
